FAQ'S
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our AI services and process.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with startups, SMBs, and enterprise teams across industries like retail, healthcare-adjacent services, and professional services, anywhere AI can clearly save time, reduce cost, or increase revenue through automation and better customer response.
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No. You don’t need a technical team. We build and deploy solutions using low-code/no-code tools when possible, and we handle the setup, integrations, testing, and launch. Your team just provides process context and feedback. We also train you to run it day-to-day, and we leave behind simple documentation so you’re not dependent on us forever.
Bottom line: you get working automation, not a new IT project.
Is my data secure?
We design security into every build. That includes least-privilege access (role-based permissions), encrypted connections, secure credential storage, and audit-friendly logging where possible. We also minimize the data we store, limit who can access it, and document how data flows through the system so nothing is hidden.
For sensitive industries or higher-risk use cases, we can use more controlled options like private environments, dedicated accounts, and stricter data handling, and we’ll align to your requirements (HIPAA/SOX/GDPR-style controls as applicable). If you need a formal security review, we’ll provide architecture details and vendor/security documentation to support it.
We will talk through your specific data types and risk level up front and build to that standard.
How long does an AI project take?
Most projects ship an initial working version in 2–6 weeks, depending on the workflow, integrations, and data readiness. More complex builds, like multi-step automation across teams or deeper system integration, usually take 6–10+ weeks and are delivered in phases so you start seeing value early.
A typical timeline looks like this:
• Week 1: discovery + use case selection + success metrics
• Weeks 2–4: build + integration + testing
• Weeks 4–6: launch + training + optimization
Most initial implementations take 4–8 weeks. Bigger, cross-department projects take longer and are delivered in phases so you get value early.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
In most cases, yes. We regularly integrate with the tools you already use, like CRMs, email, calendars, forms, help desks, and file storage. We connect through native integrations when available, and use APIs and webhooks for custom systems. If something is older or locked down, we’ll recommend the simplest integration path that still delivers the outcome.
Common examples:
• CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics
• Support/Comms: Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Teams, Zendesk, Intercom
• Ops/Data: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Airtable, SQL
• Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n
• Custom systems: API-based integrations, secure middleware where needed
We confirm integration feasibility in discovery, and we’ll tell you upfront if an integration is easy, moderate, or requires custom work.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. After launch, we offer ongoing support to keep your workflows reliable and improving over time. Support typically includes monitoring, fixes, performance tuning, prompt/workflow updates, and small enhancements as your business changes. We also review usage and outcomes monthly so you can see what’s working and what to optimize next.
What ongoing support can include:
• Monitoring + issue resolution
• Workflow improvements and automation updates
• Knowledge base/content updates (for chatbots)
• User feedback tuning + accuracy improvements
• Monthly performance and ROI check-ins
You get a working system, plus a plan to keep it working as your business evolves.
